At REP Fitness, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best setup for your home or commercial gym. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and meet carrier safety requirements.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
